Web7 dec. 2015 · 2. I installed Ubuntu earlier this weekend and had to install an updated version of perl (5.22.0) for a script I'm using. However when I used CPAN to install the modules I needed I found out that they got installed in Ubuntu's default perl (5.18.2). I've ran perl -l and its showing the updated perl5, but for some reason CPAN refuses to use it.
