Go to the gym, do the highest weight set where you know you can get all the reps and then keep upping the weight until you can only get 3 or 4 reps with all your power. And then do 3 sets at that weight. WebActually 30 to 60 is harder than 60 to 100. Typing speed always increases logarithmically. If you got 60 wpm speed with your muscle memory, going towards 100wpm is so easy. Because you just need to be extra spontaneous & make sure to not waste any millisecond of time between the letters.
