WebbTo reset the neighborhood, don't just copy/paste the file from the Program Files directory; make sure you delete the file in the My Documents directory first. If you simply copy/paste, you will reset the default sims and lots, but not user-created sims and lots, or sims that are spawned by the CPU. That would be very bad, too.
